What does “refurbished” actually mean?
Refurbished means: devices are professionally tested, refurbished, cleaned and restored to a condition that is technically and visually close to new.
What quality standards does circulee ensure?
All devices undergo a multi-stage inspection process: hardware checks, performance and functionality tests, and certified data wiping.
What about battery health and wear parts?
We guarantee high battery health for smartphones and laptops (usually > 90%). Wear parts are replaced when necessary.
Do refurbished devices come with a warranty?
Yes. circulee provides warranty and service options comparable to new devices.
Are Apple Business Manager or Samsung Knox Enrollment supported?
Yes. Our devices are ABM- and KME-enabled and integrate seamlessly into your existing IT infrastructure.
What happens if a device fails during the contract period?
circulee ensures fast replacement. With our swap pool or repair service, your employees remain fully productive.
